HEALING WORK OF THE QEROS

For those of you familiar with the work of Qeros, you have either seen or experienced their help through healing rituals. These rituals are now available also remotely, by request, and through the picture of the receipient of the ritual.

For those of you who are not familiar with the work of Qeros I am attaching two articles that will help you familiarize yourself with what we are sharing. Those interested in receiving a remote healing work from Qeros can contact us directly with any questions or with words “healing request" in the subject line.

Qero rituals are simple yet highly effective, and people rapport tangible changes for the better in their lives, due to the participation in these rituals. They are scheduled by request, and usually carried our immediately after the Coca Readings. Some Qero rituals are traditionally done on certain days of the week, so if the Coca Reading says that you need a Kuty Ritual, such ritual will be performed on the first coming Thursday. Most of the rituals however can be done on all of the week days, both in person and remotely.

QERO PEOPLE

Qeros live in high Andes of Peru, at altitudes where most people are not able to live. Due to their knowledge of nature and natural forces they found ways to create a simple life in these mountainous environment, where they live in harmony with the Earth. Qeros live in fourteen villages scattered across the mountains, and are guided by their shamans who are entrusted with preservation of the knowledge and rituals.

Qeros practice connection to the spirit of Mother Earth - Pachamama, and Sacred Mountains - Apus, and through their power they protect and sustain their culture. After their emergence from solitude in 1950s, they slowly and gradually started to share their knowledge with the world. In our experience of the Qeros they are very loving and generous people. However they do not share their knowledge lightly, and are very serious about the apprenticeship into the spiritual mysteries of their people. Most of their work is done through sacred rituals, by which they work on energetic imbalances in individual lives of people and their communities.

Qeros speak Kechua language, and have a beautiful culture based on oral tradition, sacred songs, rituals and art, that is mostly expressed through the making of the garments they wear. Much of the ritual work is done with the help of elements and forces of nature, such as water, fire, smoke, sacred plants. Leaves of Coca tree are sacred to the Qeros, and they use them daily, both by chewing them for energetic support, and as a sacred divination tool. Both men and women are trained as shamans, and seeing them work together is a true privilege.

Qeros message to the world is very simple, and it is reflected in the way they live their daily lives. They are the way-showers to the modern-day humans, showing the ways of reciprocity and harmony with Mother Earth and natural and cosmic forces.

QERO RITUALS

Rituals are the main type of work of the Qeros. They are trained from childhood to be in tune with the nature, and to understand her ways. They make simple, yet effective offerings on a regular basis, that strengthen the connection to the nature and the spirits that maintain it. In the simplest form of a ritual they make offerings of beer and wine, to the spirits of the Sacred Mountains and Mother Earth respectively. On the basis of this offering all other rituals are performed.

All rituals are intended to help individuals and nature. People come to Qeros from all over the world, seeking assistance with problems in their lives, to which a solution can be found in these harmonizing rituals. In this post we will cover the three basic types of Qeros rituals.

COCA READINGS

Qeros practice an art of divination using the Coca leaves, for any important decision or guidance in their rituals. They throw coca leaves on a cloth and read the way in which the leaves have landed. The pattern of the leaves reveals the answers which they intend to know about. When someone comes to them with a question or a problem they are seeking a solution to, Qeros will first consult Coca, to see in which way is the best to proceed. Whatever the answer, Qeros never insist that anyone should follow what they suggest. The decision to follow their guidance or not is always left to the individual that is asking. In the context of energetic work with Qeros, Coca readings give the answers to the rituals necessary to help.

PACHAMAMA RITUAL

Pachamama is the first and basic ritual that one can learn, and this ritual is the foundation for all other Qero practices. Pachamama is done with intention of thanksgiving to Mother Earth and creating balance and harmony with her. Modern way of life is largely out of balance with the natural environment, and this imbalance creates an energetic disturbance in our lives and energy field. Because of this disharmonious circumstances can manifest within our body, family, work or any other relations. Pachamama ritual is the first step to balancing the energetic relationship we have with the Mother Earth, and the effects of this ritual is the harmony in all areas of life. However this process often takes some time, so consistent practice and patience are needed.

The ritual is composed of specific offerings of herbs, flowers, and other natural ingredients, coupled with our intentions and prayers for the life of harmony and healing of all living beings.

MACHO RITUAL

There are beings in nature that are closely connected to our lives and relationship we have with the Earth. These beings are often linked to our lineage, and in our family we may have ancestors which have made connection with them. Macho is a nature being of a different dimension, that operates in a form of energy but can be perceived clairvoyantly as an individual being. This Macho is like an old uncle, who lived for many years and due to our busy schedule, has been neglected lately. When a Macho energy is being wronged by neglect or other misuse of nature, then this energy starts taking from us what rightfully belongs to it. Since we are generally not attuned to the world of energy, we do not notice that such energetic influence is in our lives. Often, many of the things that are troubling us, or have even been troubling our ancestors can be attributed to Macho and resolved through the use of this ritual.

KUTY RITUAL

Kuty ritual is a potent form of energetic clearing that removes any negative influence that might be affecting our life. Kuty removes curses, bad karma, or adverse influence of astral beings. This ritual can also be done in a way that creates a shield or protection from a negative energy, after it is being cleared. It is important to note that if the negative energy cleared in the Kuty or any other Qero ritual is coming to us from another person, the energetic resolve will never harm either us or the other person, but always create harmony for both parties. This is part of the legacy of ancient Inkas, adopted by all Qero shamans. They only work in a way that is beneficial for everyone involved.

STAR RITUALS

Star rituals are of many kinds, but mostly they serve to connect us to a higher potential available to us. This can be considered as an energetic upgrade, and it is intended to strengthen us in a specific area of our spiritual work or life. Start ritual combine three different Qero rituals and is not as common as the previously discussed rituals. It is also a ritual that is usually done after the clearing rituals have taken place. One of the effects of Star ritual is a connection to our star origins and heritage, which brings in energies from beyond our earthly incarnations and connects us with the energy of the stars.

All Qero rituals are available by request, and most of them can be done remotely. The compensation given for the ritual is used to support Qero communities and for the humanitarian and environmental causes in Peru. The energy of each ritual helps our personal lives, our families, human collective and Mother Nature.
